If you are a VIP player, kidnapping earns you substantial income in terms of tradable Silver Taels, especially in early game. Even if you are not a VIP player, kidnapping also earns you Silver Taels, albeit much lesser than your VIP counterparts.
After you finished one kidnap, you have to wait 1 hour before you can sell your next victim. As of now, you can kidnap all day long if you're really free, and earn big money $_$.
HongHuaHui is strongly against the use of bots and game hacks. If seen, you will be kicked and reported. Bots will be assassinated.
1) Get your drugs ready.
Purchase the highest grade drug [Nine Hells Soul Taking Powder] from any [General Goods Vendor].
It has the lowest chance of failing and getting u paralyzed, but it all depends on your luck. I've failed a record high 13 times consecutively on the same target using this drug on an unlucky day.
2) Find your victim.
When you click on an offline player and right-click their portrait, if the option [Kidnap Player] is available, it means you can kidnap this player. Sometimes, an offline player may have been just sold by someone else, you can't kidnap him again, so a [Rescue Player] option will appear instead.
3) Use your drug on your victim.
Press [B] to open up your bag, and right-click on the stack of drugs to use it on the selected offline player.
TIP: You can also drag the drugs to your skill bar, so you don't have to keep opening your bag to look for drugs lol.
4) Pick up the kidnap bag.
Click on the kidnap bag to pick it up. Once you pick up the bag, you immediately become an open target to everyone, and your movement speed gets reduced (because your victim is heavy and struggling). Anyone can attack you without turning on [Jianghu Mode], for no infamy at all. If someone kills you while you have the bag, you will drop the bag. Your killer can choose to pick up the bag for himself, or rescue the victim inside.
5) Know where to sell your victim.
You should do this before kidnapping. Press [N] to bring up your Jianghu Wanderer interface (this is a very useful interface with almost all the information you'll ever need). Select [Jianghu] tab, [Kidnap], [Exchange Area] tab and choose the map where you want to kidnap. A list of all your prospective buyers on that map will show up with their exact location and autopath link. I love autopath (but it's not recommended to autopath with a kidnap bag on....).
Note that you can kidnap offline players in every maps, not just in town. Just that it is easier to sell your victims in town because there are many buyers at close proximity. You cannot carry a kidnap bag from one map to another map.
6) Sell your victim.
Talk to your preferred buyer and select the option [Here, I've brought someone for you.].
TIP: You should always try to sell victims to the same buyer on the same day. You are likely to get more money each time you turn in your bag to the same buyer. It's like some kind of loyalty program.
TIP: Some buyers only take in victim that meets their requirements. For example, you can't sell a guy to a brothel. You just can't. ):
7) In case of emergency.
Always look out for funny people and enemies around you before you try to pick up that kidnap bag. There are always people around that are lazy to find their own victim, or wants to earn some justice points by killing kidnappers. At low levels, one will be an easy target.
In case of emergency, you can always drop your kidnap bag by clicking on the double blade icon on the right side of your screen, and a dialog will popup asking if you wish to abandon the abduction. If your perpetrator continues to attack you after that, do a shout-out on guild chat for some PVP fun time.
